Every BEYONDSUDS™ order is carefully packed by hand and processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
All orders ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Return Policy
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches with fresh, natural ingredients and are used on the skin, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products. We appreciate your understanding.
That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If something isn't right, we want to hear about it.
Your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace or refund your item promptly, no hassle.

Order Cancellations
Because we move fast to get your order out the door, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
